In my personal experience, the process of buying and selling is exhilarating and daunting at the same time.

It’s an exciting moment to look for a new property, dream about it, project it and finally move in or rent it out; and you need a great team behind you to make that happen – effortlessly. I still remember my own experience nearly twenty years ago with an impatient bank manager and lack of desire to truly help and understand my situation. I often think of that period and how imperative it was for me to have someone that truly understood the lending world from the inside out and had only my best interest at heart. That is at the core, of why I love what I do. I make the time to truly understand my clients and strive to deliver beyond what they expect.

After 16 years in customer service as a long haul flight attendant, I knew I could leverage my skill set and personal learnings to provide the service I wish I had during my first house purchase.

I have always held a strong personal interest in finance and property, starting from an early age with my father who owned and ran his own real estate agency on the Gold Coast. It was an early taste of property and the finance world and offered the opportunity to be on both sides of the market. I have a strong desire to provide tailored guidance based on your specific long-term goals, ensuring you have the best possible experience with the best possible strategy to suit you.
