Karen has forty years-experience in the Banking & Finance, Insurance and Real Estate industries in NSW, ACT and QLD. She holds a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting.
Karen spent eight years as the Principal of her own finance broking business, assisting people in buying property and refinancing their home loans – her specialty being advising clients with small to medium investment property portfolios.
Karen’s role as Senior Credit Manager sees her working with brokers on researching lenderpolicies and loan structuring, together with overseeing the loan support team to ensure that Crew Financial clients have the best possible customer service experience, while achieving positive outcomes.
Karen prides herself on having a high attention to detail and a proactive approach to complex loan scenarios, while ensuring that client needs and objectives are met, and complianceprocedures and processes are adhered to.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys reading, long beach and bush walks, and road trips exploring the country towns, national parks and forests of our beautiful country.
