– Previous experience in mortgage broking with MFAA Membership and firm understanding of the lending/compliance framework.
– Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Retail Banking equivalent.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email communication, video conferencing platforms, and CRM systems.
– Flexible working hours to prioritise customer needs, which may include occasional extended or varied hours to ensure desired customer outcomes are achieved.
– Confident, vibrant and energetic personality is a must.
